1. Premium Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
All billing is handled by the Apple App Store, as are cancellations. To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your App Store account settings.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PomoAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PomoAI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
